Storm response

Tree on the house? Start here.

Send photos and your address through the emergency form. Requests are prioritized by damage rather than by who wrote in first, and the form takes about two minutes.

Requests are checked frequently during and after storms, including evenings and weekends.

Tonight, before we get there

1

Assume every downed line is live. Stay back and call the utility — not us — for wires.

2

Get out of rooms under the impact. A trunk on the roof can settle overnight.

3

Photograph everything from a safe distance. Wide shots and close-ups. Your adjuster will want both.

4

Don’t cut a hanger yourself. Limbs under tension are how weekend chainsaw injuries happen.

How we triage

FirstTrees on occupied structures, blocked-in vehicles, hangers over doors
NextTrees on garages, fences, sheds; drives blocked
ThenYard debris, leaners with no target, cleanup-only calls

Insurance paperwork

Many policies cover removal when a tree hits a covered structure. We can provide the documentation an adjuster typically asks for — dated photos, a written scope, and an itemized invoice — and send it to your claim contact. Take your own photos before anything is moved, too.
