How a job actually goes

1

You send the tree

Form, a couple of photos, your address. Ninety seconds.

2

We walk the site

We review access, the drop zone, what’s underneath, and utilities.

3

Written estimate by email

Scope, price, and what’s included — in writing, by email.

4

Crew day

Once you approve the estimate, we schedule the crew and confirm the date by email.

The kind of work we do

PHOTO — sectioning a large maple over a deck, ropes rigged

When there’s no room to drop a tree, it comes out in pieces on ropes.

PHOTO — dead ash along a fence line, brush staged for chipping

Emerald ash borer has left a lot of standing dead ash around the county.

What you can expect

A written estimate before anything is scheduled, so the scope and the price are settled in advance — no guessing on the day.

Before the work

You’ll see it land right on screen, then email at every step after that: the estimate, the scheduled date, and a follow-up once the work is done.

Tell us about the tree

Forms only — it keeps our crews on the ropes instead of on hold. A person reads every request and replies by email.

Questions we get every week

What does removal cost in Evansville?

Every tree and every yard is different, so we don’t post ranges. Height, access, and what’s underneath the tree all move the price. Two photos and an address get you a real estimate instead of a guess.

Do you haul the wood away?

Debris removal is included in most estimates. If you’d rather keep the trunk cut to firewood length, note it on the form and we’ll price it that way.

Is my tree dead or just stressed?

Hard to say from a distance. Send a photo of the whole tree and we’ll give you a straight read: leave it, prune it, or remove it.

Will you work with my insurance adjuster?

Yes. We can provide dated photos, a written scope, and an itemized invoice for your claim — see our storm damage page for what we typically send.
