This page explains what Evansville Tree Removal collects when you use our website and estimate forms, how that information is used, and how to ask us to delete it. We serve the Evansville, Indiana area. Last updated: September 13, 2026.

What we collect

When you submit an estimate, contact, or emergency form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, property address, service details (what you need, timing, and any description you provide), and optional photos of the tree or damage. We do not collect a phone number.

Where your data goes

Form submissions are sent to a Google Apps Script we operate. That script stores the lead details in a Google Sheet and saves any photos you attach in Google Drive. The business owner also receives an email notification about new leads so requests can be answered promptly. We do not send an automated confirmation email to you when you submit — you’ll see an on-screen confirmation, and a person replies by email when we follow up.

How we use it

We use this information only to prepare estimates, schedule work, and communicate with you about the job. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing lists.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not rely on advertising or analytics cookies. Any cookies that might appear would be minimal (for example, from the browser or host), and we do not run third-party ad trackers on these pages.

How long we keep it

We keep lead details and photos as long as they are useful for estimating, scheduling, or job follow-up. If you want them removed sooner, ask us using the steps below.

Requesting deletion

To request that we delete your information, send a message through our contact form and note that you want your data deleted. We’ll remove your lead record and associated photos from our Sheet and Drive as soon as we can verify the request.
